About Me

Thanks for stopping by The Vital Link! I am a chronic pain specialist, one of only 5 MYK practitioners in Nebraska, working with people who are ready to step up and take action against their chronic pain.

After being a massage therapist for three years, I opened The Vital Link in early 2010. I became a certified MyoKinesthetic practitioner in 2012 after looking for a better way to help my clients with chronic pain. I am excited to be able to offer this groundbreaking alternative to conventional pain management. Clients are willing to travel hours for an appointment.

Client success is my highest priority and the foundation of my lifestyle programs. That is why each program is individually customized to my client’s needs.
